Description
All applicants to the program must take the Radiography Math Admission Test. The test must be taken within 12 months of the March 31 application deadline of the intended enrollment year. Applicants only have one (1) attempt per enrollment cycle.

Please review the helpful tips below before coming to take the Radiography Math Admissions Test.
- Testing is offered January through March 31st.
- Testing takes place in the MAPS Center on the second floor of McGee. Please arrive promptly and on time.
- A photo ID is required and must be shown before testing begins.
- The test is paper-based and consists of 50 multiple-choice questions.
- A calculator and scratch paper is provided by the testing staff.
- The test takes approximately 1.5 hours; however, there is no formal time limit to take the test.
- Students with approved accommodations through the ADA Office should notify the testing coordinator at maps@carteret.edu prior to testing.
- Electronics are not permitted in the testing area. Lockers are available in the MAPS Center.
- If you are unable to test at Carteret Community College, please email maps@carteret.edu to discuss proctoring options at an alternate location.
